Most policy issues related to specific URLs can be resolved faster through the Policy Center.

How to File a Consult



  • What to include:
    • Publisher ID (ca-pub-XXXXXXXXXXX or ca-app-XXXXXXXXXXXX)
    • Site, URL, or App in question (For Google Play, enter package name; for iTunes, enter 9-digit Apple ID)
    • Reason for consultation (General question, policy action escalation, etc.)



  • Turnaround time: 48 hours (may take longer depending on the issue)



  • Priority levels:
    • P0: High-impact issues requiring immediate attention.
    • P1: Significant issues affecting key aspects of a publisher's account.
    • P2: Policy-related questions and requests for clarification.
    • P3: Implementation questions and requests for updates.
